Dark UI version of Cyrodill map marker tooltips?

I use the Dark UI version of the user interface as it is alot easier to see and reduces the constant flashing of the vanilla brightness when going in and out of the inventories.

 

I love the colour scheme of the Dark Ui so much I wanted to see if anyone knows if the tooltips that come up when you pause on a map marker showing the name of the location can be changed to the Dark UI leather background and gold/cream text, instead of the original lighter background.

 

If there is a mod already available to do this can someone please direct me where to go to get it? Or if anyone knows if it's a simple tweak you can do with the CS or other oblivion program, let me know.
