TroJanViru5 Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 (edited) As the title suggests I've got a weapon which has all of its own dependencies.Problem is I have no idea where to assign the firing audio to my new WEAP. I can source firing audio files for weapons, and I can source relevant WEAP tags but I cannot find the middleman trigger. Any ideas? All I can ever find is the dry firing tag (when there is no ammo) and reload/charge tags. Never the actual shooting tag. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TroJanViru5 Posted December 12, 2015 Author Share Posted December 12, 2015 Solved. The issue was melee weapons use the "sound - ?" Tag but projectile weapons do not and as such, leave that tag as a null reference. The area of importance for weapon firing sounds is in the keyword references displayed inside the weapon.
