Mod Side Effect Hunting (possibly VATS Tweaks?)

Hi, recently I have noticed my health and action points appear to random shoot up by hundreds of points (ie from 500hp to 3000hp etc). Unfortunately I have no idea what is causing it and can't figure out what is causing it.

 

As far as I can tell, no mod I am using should be directly affecting health and ap. Only one that I installed recently that might is VATS tweaks, however as it took a long time to notice it might have started way before using that mod (I play stealth so don't tend to get damaged enough to notice normally).

 

The issue seems to be random and takes a while to happen just disabling VATS tweaks is not a sure fire solution as could be many hours before it did/didn't happen again. Each time I notice I use forceav to get them back to the normal values.

 

If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions for troubleshooting that would be greatly appreciated.

An update, have been running the game now for a couple of days without VATS tweaks and the random jump in action points is still happening. Anyone have any ideas?
