Tired of raiders spawning in Green Build zone? so am I!

1. I would love it if some1 could make a mod that moves raiders spawn points out of the green build zone for settlements, It's seems very stupid that they can spawn in the houses at Sanctuary, I want the entire community a safe zone, rather than having to figure out where they spawn and build walls to block out that whole area! If there is already a mod that does this, could some1 please post a link for it :) Is this doable with out the GECK?

 

 

 

2. could some1 make a mod that turns Thicket Extraction Quarry into a settlement after you clear all the raider please? and maybe have the caged Mirlurks respawn often in the cages as a kind of zoo for the kids :) again if this mod is out there, i would love it if some1 could post a link please.

You do know that you can easily fix your first problem by blocking that area off right? From my experience, Raiders/Muties won't spawn in the green zones that you've blocked off with fences/walls/etc. They will, spawn in your areas that isn't blocked off, like for example your entrance. Yes, this would mean that if you want them to spawn from only one direction, you'd have to block off your whole settlement with walls or fences except for that one area. I might be wrong, but so far, in all my walled off settlements, they've only spawned where I left openings.

odd, I have walled off my entire settlement with concrete walls, right alone the green border... only part i didnt put a wall was near the bridge so i had a nice view of the river, but i figured that there was already that prebuilt wall there and they shouldn't be able to jump high enough to get up that. do i have but put walls there to? will that stop them form spawning in houses?

In my current playthrough, the only ones I'm having trouble with are Warwick and Taffington. Taffington a group spawns right on top of the fast travel floor mat with usually 1 "heavy" on the cliff nearby (outside the wall.) At Warwick, I haven't placed a FT mat, so muties and gunners spawn right at the road entrance.

 

In both cases they get turned into unrecognizable gooey meat gibs almost instantly, because I have dozens of heavy MG turrets and half a dozen sentry bots at every settlement, but it's still annoying. All other settlements, they spawn way outside of the build zone, and if you respond fast enough, you can usually kill the whole lot before they even get close
