[Mod Request] Parasite Cartridge abilities to able to use on any suits

I would like to know where can I edit these values/parameters/properties on a file where you can able to use all the parasite cartridges abilities to all uniforms/suits used by Venom Snake?

 

Or is there already a mod for this in order to use the parasite cartridges to any suits?
