removing permanent effects

I need to remove the effect given by jak's boots I had them on when I did the DA quest for sanguine. I didn't know about the glitch and I saved without realizing I still had the effects. Also if there is someway I can make it so the boots are wearable again I'd love to know how.

 

The reason I need the effect gone is because now that it is permanent it is acting weird and I am taking too much damage when I fall, I can jump the same height but I take the damage I would take if I didn't have the enchantment. At least that is what I am assuming, since I originally took far less damage with the boots on than I do with just the effect of the boots.

I think there are only four solutions. Before you do anything, make sure that the enchantment is still in effect by checking your magic affects, it should still have a fortify effect if I'm understanding the bug right. First solution is to get back the boots, equip them, and remove them, this should clear out any existing flags related to the item. Second, load an earlier game (before you were affected by the bug) to make sure there is a real difference, if there is a significant difference replay everything from that save, making sure to remove enchanted items before you use the spell. Third, if the effect is present, and using an earlier save isn't an option, cheat. Learn how to add an ability to the player with a quest script, add a fortify skill effect to that ability, and forget that anything happened. Fourth, accept that you can't fix it any other way so either deal with the pain of falls, or try not to jump from as high of places.

The only thing I can do is use the console somehow as uesp says but doesn't say how or use the quest script stuf your talking about. I made a little mod to let me sell the boots cause I couldn't use them anymore. I don't want to go through some modding to get it to work for me it would take too long to figure out how to revert the effects I would rather create a race or birthsign effect that fortifies with the negative of all the values on the boots(I added other effects)

 

If anybody else happens to know how the console can remove effects I will love you forever. I don't want to make any mods to revert the effects. Although I just thought of something, I'm curious what would happen if I made a mod and loaded it last that deletes the jak boot enchantment. I may make a little mod that deletes the enchantment now that I have thought of that. Still if anybody knows how the console can be used to remove permanent effects I really want to know how.
