roserosenbergfr
I want to know how do you change the character faces? So much NPC are very sad to see. We can't without the Kit Creation for fallout 4? Edited December 13, 2015 by roserosenbergfr
Enubis
It is possible, but it looks like it requires some level of mod work. The problem with some settler heads or NPC heads is that they are completely different heads. Like Curie's own. Until someone makes a mod where all npcs are tied solely to the basehuman models that we can do our own changes. There's been mods that change Curie's looks, the same concept should be applicable for your situation
cjthibs
Don't have time to look for it now (at work), but there is a Youtube video floating around on how to do this via the console. The changes will be confined to your save file only, but it'll let you change that NPC to suit you. I've done this myself with Curie and Piper, and it's caused no issues whatsoever. MAKE SURE TO SAVE FIRST! Then go into console mode. It's best to have the Companion you want to change standing in front of you, facing you. Click on their face and you'll get an ID number. (ex Danse is ; 0005de4d) Now you type in; showlooksmenu 0005de4d and across the bottom of the screen you'll see option to change the face, hair, extras, body, etc.. There is currently no way to change back to a default look so choose wisely. Not sure if it works on all NPC's but it works well on companions. Happy Gaming. Enubis
SLM doesn't work for Curie for me. Though it works for just about everyone else, with exceptions to a few settlers :C
roserosenbergfr
But it's not a data file. You need to play with the character saved?
