Marcus Wolfe
In case you haven't noticed, they'd say it in their own language, not with a cheesy accent. GEEZ!
Jonlissla
Sorry, it's just that it's so cliché. Many early Chinese/Japanese had these spelling problems, so I just couldn't resist! :D Anyone remember "All your base are belong to us!"? Still, an Asian faction would be very interesting, if you ask me. I've always been fascinated by the old samurai and asian cultures. Maybe that's why I watch so much Anime these days... One thing I hope they change in AoM 2 would be the combat sytem. Or, simply put, what the units are good at. Some were truly godlike when it came to take down archers, but simply useless at infantry and cavalry. I'd like to see a little more diverse army this time. But of course, that's what made AoM interesting, wasn't it? :)
Marcus Wolfe
Aye!So, the human units need a change? What about the myth units? They were killed by humans far to easily!
Jonlissla
Hmm, I don't recall them being too weak, but maybe they were. Still, I hope they include the Jackals/Guardians/Jumping-Coyote-Things-That-Belong-To-The-Egyptians. Those things were my favourites! And of course, the almighty Colossus! Edit: I have a little question: did resources such as *insert-random-resource* respawn, or did they run "dry" after a while? Marcus Wolfe
Let's put it this way:Animals didn't breed, bushes and trees didn't grow, minerals can't respawn even in real life. However, fish were unlimited, as well the food supplied by farms. Sending your Trade caravans to trade with your allies made gold. BTW, those "Jackals/Guardians/Jumping-Coyote-Things-That-Belong-To-The-Egyptians." are called ANUBITES.Basically, they are priests possesed with jackal spirits. This gives them the jackal head and allows them to jump over walls. Units that jump over walls....sigh.......those were the days.... Back to what I was saying earlier, some myth units hould be made into titans. Here's how it would work:A) you choose your final god. this determines what titan you get. B) you invoke "World's end" Power. Basically, You have only 30 minutes to conquer all your enemies. Should you fail, all is destroyed, and everybody looses. This is what you and everybody else get when you invoke This power, known as Ragnarock to the norse:-Their titan, be it Fenris the Wolf, The Colossus, Jormund the Sea Serpent, Nidhogg the Dragon, A phoenix, ETC.-All units get upgrade to a level unreachable if you don't use World's End-A Crazy, almost indestructable heroWhen anybody uses this power, even if it's not you, you must use your final age god power. As an advantage, you temporarily see the whole map. Which means, of course, all of the final age god powers should be very destructive.

The last time I did that was when it was realesed, and that was 5 years ago! Anyway, here's a little test I found on their website. Lets see what kind of God YOU are... I'm Ra, if you want to know. I'm Ra, if you want to know.I'm Set. *GASP* I knew it! You always had a connection with the underworld and the dead! Now that I think of it, I fell sorry for you. Poor boy, you're castrated. No, not ninjalord, but Set. Haven't you done your homework?! I wonder, if they make a sequel, will you have to choose the same gods again? Working for "the Good Guys" all the time is getting annoying. Heck, I wanna free the Titans from Tartarus, and become ruler of the entire world (If they don't destroy it first, that is)! KzinistZerg
While having some of the various cultures from Asia would be interesting, please god don't call it the "Asian" faction. That's like getting a European faction. Civs that would be good: MongoliansIndians (asians, not americans)Australian AboriginesAztecsMayansArabsCelts I would love to see a feathersnake. Think, Aztecs would get their favor from sacrifices!
