Raider Sadist Armor, No hands?

I love the sadist armor look, with the corset for the women, very hot, but the hands on the belt are a huge turn off, I dont want to be running around with rotting flesh attached to me.

 

would anyone be able to make a mod for this, and replace it with, perhaps a holster, or even a sheathed combat knife(bonus points for this.) I'd settle for a simple removal of those ghastly hands.
