Console Command to Update Railroad Post-Endgame {Spoilers!}

Basically: I want to finish the railroad questline with the console. I can do this by entering completequest 10c64c but nothing updates. Everyone at the railroad speaks as though the Synths aren't free, Shaun doesn't show up there blah blah blah. Now I only want to update the railroad. I want the Institute to stay intact. Can I do this with the console?

 

Please, don't tell me it's dumb to want to do this. First off, the ending is dumber. And second, I want to. I only want to know how to (or if I can) do it, I don't care to argue about whether I'm ruining the game or anything like that.
