Jaenak
There's one thing I'd love to see in a mod but haven't found any remote implimentation of ... being able to type your own book in game. That made me wonder if it's even possible. Would it be possible in vanilla Oblivion or even OBSE to have an inkwell, quill with attached script and a piece of parchment in your inventory, equip the quill and have something like a window pop up allowing you to type whatever you so choose (like a story) click "done" and have the parchment replaced by a book with whatever you typed inside it? I would think a scroll would be easier to do than a book though. But, what I'm wondering is ... is it even possible? I've always liked the idea of sitting in the bedroom at my desk, take out my quill and type a biography on 'The Life Of A Champion Of Cyrodiil'. Hsandman_1
With obse i think it is possible (just guessing) as it has keystroke detection, I am not sure on how the text could be put into the book from the game, as it is done from construction set, and fwom what i have seen about scripting there is no real suport for holding long strings of text in scalars like in proper programing language, but i am talking out of my a$$ here so... :P , I like nwn type of note taking, that would be realy good mod indeed . OBSE rules! :D
Povuholo
It was possible in Morrowind. But with what OBSE can do right now, I don't think it is possible. Maybe later :)
