pootthedestroyer Posted December 15, 2015 Share Posted December 15, 2015 I'm noticing a huge limitation in the way that Fallout 4 is structured, which is that it seems nigh-impossible to have a perk, ability, spell, etc. etc. simply set a given Actor Value to a given value, unless that AVIF is already referenced by one of the predefined Functions under the Entry Point format in perk Effects.
