Death music mod

I know someone has made a mod for when you die instead of the distorted voices it plays something else. I was wondering if someone could make a mod that it plays "Don't fear the reaper" instead.

You'll have to figure it out yourself, or at least get instructed on how to do it. As no one could legally create and send such a completed mod to you.

Let's say I did a cover of the song ( at least, its beginning ), without using the original sound recording. Would it then be okay for me to upload it ?
