Some kind of quest that gives a map for most power armor locations?

Would be nice to have a mod which places a map or some book whatever laying around somewhere or buyable from someone which shows all the locations of power armor. The options for the mod would be show all locations, only show outside locations where it is just standing around, also in the same mod the option to disable most of the power armor maybe only have the locked down stuff still there and X-01 still there. There is just too much PA in the game really it feels kind of underwhelming and boring after finding it all over the place.
