The author simply made the perks can be obtained at every 10 levels. This is not what I was looking for. However, I did find that player heath is an actor value. Since Health is directly proportional to levels in general, I think I can make a small mod using health instead of level at least.
tartarsauce2
ohhh, perks themselves...well, (stupidly simple idea but a bit annoyingly work intensive)would it be possible to increase the level of perks and just have it so that every level gives you some perk points?and every selection for the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats either gives you way less than it usually does (0.1 str instead of 1.0 etc) ?bit ridiculous but potentially workable, gives a sort of "skills selection" style of play too eh? (small guns skill etc from previous titles)so that every level you can pick a few points into various things as you go along, really kind of smoothens out character progression by choice in a sense Edited April 29, 2016 by tartarsauce2
