Plantable herbs(bloodleaf, hubflower etc, takes up all 6 resource slots (settler will be busy with only 1)Build a better crop quest unlocks a new herb each time you do it. 5. If possible, have decorations raise happiness very slightly Faction specific buildables1. "Travel" around the same settlement. (science 4)2. Railroad rifle turret (gun nut 4)3. T-60 power armor vendor with buildable displays (from highest achievable rank)4. Market (functional container which slowly sells what is deposited in to it such as Purified Water, requires local leader 2 and cap collector 3) costs 20k caps with 12 charisma.
