N7R
If you mean the actual glow (that can light up surfaces in the game) that is an AddOnNode light. The add on node includes an index number. This number references a light node in the CK. You can use one of the default Fallout 4 light nodes or even make your own and set the colors and intensity of the glows. The light nodes can be found in the World Object > Light Category in the CK. These light nodes are then connect to the addonNode which can be found in the Special Effects > AddOnNode category. Keep in mind if you make a new light and set a custom index other mod authors may have claimed a index number for their lights on their mod (like flashlight glows for example) so if you mod and their mod happens to have the same node number there will be lighting conflicts. I think this list has the most comprehensive list of used node numbers: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16497/?
