Load order issues (who knew!)

Hello, everyone

I don't know if this is the right section of the forum to post this so sorry if it's not.

So I used these same mods before and never run into problems (well, actually I did but managed to sort the out) thing is after reinstalling oblivion and using the same mods in the same installation order and everything my game always crash when I click "start new game"!!!! I'm getting a bit desperate here so any help would be appreciated.

I narrowed down the problem to OBSE (I think) cause whenever I start Oblivion with its regular launcher I can start a game even with every mod activated but when I launch OBSE even without any mod activated it crashes! Pretty please, help, I searched around the web and couldn't find anything remotely useful.

This may be a little late - but when you start without OBSE, and a mod REQUIRES OBSE, then that mod may not be loaded at all. Meaning the problem is not with OBSE but with a mod that requires OBSE.

OBSE has proven to be an exceptionally stable program over the years it has been in use. Very few problems can be traced back to OBSE, and the team has fixed any that showed up immediately.

 

OBSE is not a mod, it is a program that adds features to the game program. It cannot cause a crash on it's own because those features are only activated when a specific mod calls them on loading.
