The warning was given for the following reason: Uploading audio with out the permission or even attempting to get it from the creators File removed - Nightvale radio When asked if they had got permission, the uploaders reply was by the time these guys respond it will be months later, but yes I have considered contacting them. You are required to obtain permission BEFORE you can use something, anything else is stealing.
