ENB Troubles

[Nexufy]

I'm very new to ENB modding and having a rough time installing them (specifically Chromatic Mezzo) in Fallout New Vegas. I'm also using NVSE and FNV4GB with Nexus Mod Manager I'm loading-up with a window in the top-left corner of the screen, which then goes to a black screen with audio playing.

 

Here is what I've done:

• Made sure that the d3d9.dll file is in the exes folder that is made by the new vegas 4gb launcher
• Edited my .ini files in both the fallout new vegas folders in my documents and my steamapps to make sure that the anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering is disabled
• Made sure that the HDR is enabled and that the anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering is disabled
• Made sure all mods were disabled in Nexus Mod Manager when trying to run the game
• Validated all files on steam before editing the .ini files
• Disabled steam overlay
• Made sure that all anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering were disabled in AMD CCC
• Made sure my GPU drivers were up to date

Very confused, and after all of this, I still get a black-screen. Help would really be appreciated!
