LE Player Bleed Out mod

I think it would be great if there was a mod that made the player go into a bleed out state before dying, I know death alternative does something similar, but I'd like a simple mod that whenever the player's health reaches 0, the player has an extra health bar which is depleted quickly by enemy attacks and when it's completely depleted only then the player dies, and if the player is in bleedout state, the follower could help the player up once he kills all enemies in the area, the player should be able to move very slowly during this state, like other NPCs.
