Nexus Mod Manager crashing when I try to activate mods that require Plug-Ins

So im finally got some mods working for Fallout 4 today. These mods include things like "New Dialogue" and "Improved Maps" and they work absolutely perfectly. However i'm running into some issues when I want to do some other mods like "Spring Cleaning" or any custom armor mods, my mod manager crashes all the time and it gives me a large text file explaining the crash. I crash on three separate occasions involving Plug-In mods. I crash when I activate the mod in the mods folder, I crash when I click the check box of the mod in the Plug-In menu (after said crash the box is still unchecked) and it crashes when I delete the mod from the mods folder. Im a huge newbie when it comes to modding games so if you want to help me out or if you have a solution you're gonna need it to explain it to me in the simplest way to understand. Thank you very much. Im on my laptop right now so I can't supply the crash logs at the moment but if they are important i'll put them in here A.S.A.P
