Dark shadow
I don't know if it a mod of this kind is out yet: I would like to see, when viewing down from a mountain for example, the houses inside the cities. Is it possible? Sorry for my bad english...
Ginji
An open citys mod would do this, though I imagine that it would EAT your RAM like it was nothing.

You would also need to expand the number of cells loaded to encompass both the town on the edge and the mountain (where you are) in the center for the city to look like there is anything there but the LOD buildings. There are however simplified buildings placed behind simplified walls when you move far enough away, and have distant buildings active.
