Issue with crashing when entering the mojave

Hello all having a strange issue here. I haven't played FO:NV in a few months and decided I wanted to make a new char and run around getting the achievements I missed. So I go through the process of making a new toon and all, Doc Mitchel gives me my stuff and the pipboy and go to exit his fine establishment. Well it begins showing me the loading screen then promptly crashes to the desktop. Perplexed I decided to load a previous save from my old char who is in the zion valley by chance, and everything works fine confused, I try to load another old save from he old char, this one being directly after leaving Doc's house, crashes after the loading screen. I'm further perplexed by this since last time I played I had no issues at all going anywhere or doing anything at all, no crashes when going to the mojave, no nothing. So I once more try to play my old save from Zion valley and now after about 10 minutes I get a terrible fps drop, from 60 to 30 to 5, then the enviroment starts going black and losing textures and it crashes to desktop. Further puzzled, I once more try to make a new char, this time disabling ALL my mods except for the base game, make toon, try to exit Doc's house, loading screen and ctd. So I go through and open FNVedit looking for any conflicts, none found, and s before everything ran perfectly fine last time I played, no issues.So this is my last effort to not have to totally reinstall the game since I have very limited bandwidth and it would take me forever to redl and install. I don't really know how to post a load order other than exporting it nd copy pasting with FMM so here is the exported list from that..

As I stated before, I had no issues last time I played months ago, and it's just very strange for it to decide to give issues now any help will be very appreciated.

  4. that's just for starters.........................

use fmm to load up the data, click on the left windows "each mod" and look at the dependents it requires.

 

while your at it, notice the load order in each Dependant mods header.." listed as master"..sort the data according to that.
