I myself am making an above-ground Institute base of operations, with it being departmentalized similar to how the institute is. How did you get your walls and doors to fit? They don't seem to want to snap into place. Awesome, I'd love to see if afterwards, so I can steal from you as well lol. To get the doors and walls to snap, all i did was create regular metal walls, then i attached institute walls to those. For the door, I put two metal walls on each side of where I wanted the door to be, then snaped the door in place, then replaced the two walls with institute walls.
