KimberJ
Locked into the savegame I guess. I mean I've had the problem, but usually caused it from console commands. You know or I did something wrong, an rolled back savegames till it wasn't there. On a side note. Don't uninstall, open steam, an under the steam menu, is backups, you can take what's installed an it will make a patched install file for it for whatever disc or storage size you got. Guy at radio shack said everyone is using flash drives now. I use discs. 23.866 Gb Bluray disc limit 4.488 Gb DVD disc limit 700 Mb CDR. Though I can use it for films an making backups of mod downloads to install an build the load order as it's installed. Lot of trouble, but if it turns out to be a good load order I might use it later on. You could try random stuff like plug in a Xbox 360 controller, if you don't have one, you should save up an get one with all the console ports we run thru. There's 360 emulators if you don't have one of those controllers to map other controllers to the same set up. Not sure if zoom is editable binding. KimberJ
Maybe plug the mouse into a different port, or start a new game a few times, or get a prebuilt character savegame at the vault exit, an adjust how it looks. Try another mouse if you got one, update drivers for the mouse. If you don't have a razor, they go on clearance for about halfprice if you're lucky. Steel series probably increased quality, or you know a logitech. Just saying if the mouse is old, test it in another game. There's windows settings for mouse scroll. If it's a gaming mouse you should have a control panel for it instead. You could look for a mod that changes the 3rd person camera it's kind of messed up, clips out too far away an scrolls back too far. You could uninstall the driver an plug it in, windows should plug&play it getting a driver for it, or you could just find out who makes it an update the one you got. redsunbr
I´ve found the issue. I have a logitech mouse, I tested some other mouse, but it is also logitech and had the same problem. I search in my drawers and find a brandless 2 dollar mouse and I tested it, and it works. so I deleted the logitech software and it works like a charm. thank you very much for your help!
