Crash at Main Menu after updating FNV4GB

Hi, I've got a real bugger of an issue. I decided to reinstall New Vegas a week ago after getting tired of FO4 and it's paucity of mods. Got myself a relatively lightweight setup with no issues for a while, including the NMC hi-res texture pack. I didn't know about the new updated FNV4gb at the time, so I used the older 1.6 version. It ran real smooth unless I was in a major warzones battle. Then I saw that there was a new version of FNV4gb out, and that there was an enboost version for FNV. I downloaded both and set them up correctly, added the laaaxe thing to target location, picked the right file versions on Boris' website and everything; saw the white text at the left corner of my screen about the ENB stuff. I thought everything was good, until my screen went black and crashed right as I got to the main menu. Now I've uninstalled both packages and gotten the older FNV4gb back; still no dice. Everytime I start the game, it crashes upon reaching the main menu. I don't think it's a load order bug, as I haven't adjusted it, but here's mine below anyway.
