Are there any mods or a console fix to have the companions ignore who I betrayed/murdered? Like I'd love Deacon around when I side with the Institute or X8 when I go railroad or why are you turning against me because they kicked you out Danse? wilkisama Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 I've personally been writing for a mod that will do this through an optional quest for each faction. Trying to make it lore friendly as much as possible. Basic concept is that completing the quest forces them to be in the faction that you complete the quest for. Waiting for the creation kit n then ill need some voice acting. I want it to be handled differently depending on faction. Like for the railroad you would have to steal data from a terminal at the institute and return it to tinker tom. He and Pam turn this data into a device you then have to attach to a radio tower. It sends out a signal to deprogram combat ready Gen 3 synths. X6, danse and several coursers are now at RR HQ with the coursers renamed railroad agent. X6 n danse then have dialogue about it (that they feel free now or something) n are now in the railroad faction as far as game scripting is concerned.
