LE Mod Request - Duplication Chest/Spell

"Would it be possible for someone to make a chest/spell or chest/lever combination that would allow items within the chest to be duplicated when the spell is cast or the lever pulled. I am trying to get a lore "friendly" way in game to create extra crafting items required by the masses of craft-able armor mods in my game.

I think that it would be cool to hide it in the midden under the college at Winterhold, maybe there should be some trigger item required that is hidden in the college or sold at a very high price, before the duplicating chest can be activated.

Maybe as a way to make the chest operate it could be charged with soul gems like a magic weapon with the soul energy used by the value of the items created.

I hope that this idea sparks some interest as I would love to see it in game.

Thought maybe more people could see this. I think this mod is easily doable with the right resources, I just hope someone who has them reads this. Realllyy wanna see it in game. Thanks.
