Kot789
I use OOO (full) with several other mods. The locks which were to hard for me were impossible to open (I received the message). I liked it but I messed a bit with mods. I upgraded Unofficial Oblivion Patch from 1.7.1 to 2.0.0, upgraded Knights of the White Stallion to and upgraded Oblivion to 1.2.0214 Now I can open (or at least try to - which is not too difficult) every lock I type "set lapminlock to 1" save, load and nothing changes... How to make the locks as they were before? BTW what can cause most guards to carry bows? A guard with bow is nice, but not almost every guard. How can you arrest someone using a bow? I'd be grateful for help

Yep, they swithch to ranged combat when enemy is out of certain range, then they keep the bow equiped after insted of weapon and shield. @Kot789 Type "modpcs security -#" # = number you want your security skill go down by. That will make you picking locks harder ;D Seriously, if you want to have more fun with locks, download a mod that makes you pick locks in the dark. Sorry i don't remember the name of the mod.
