Wearable dog collar for the player

I think it'd be pretty cool if my character could wear a dog collar every now and then.

 

EDIT: I only recently learned that you can wear dog collars on your arm, but only if your game didn't get the "you can't wear this" bug.

 

Also, I should clarify that I want to wear this around my character's neck, because that would be pretty badass.
