No Boss-Battle music

Hi guys,

 

I just ran into an annoying music bug. I am trying to keep this as spoiler free as possible. It is early game, so it should not be too difficult.

 

Well, you know a certain big monster, which you encounter in after you got a special suit of armor? In that battle you get some epic music. I know that, because I played all that before and just started a new game. The problem is that this music will not play. Instead I just get silence. The normal music, including the normal battle music, plays normally.

Of cause it could be one of my mods and I searched all my mods with FO4edit. I even disabled all my mods and let steam check all my Files. The music is and will be silent. :-(.

 

Is this a known bug, or could that be a mods fault (no changes to any music files whatsoever)

 

Please post only mod-conflicts or possible reasons, if you are certain. I don’t want to fire blindly here

 

Disabled mods after starting the new game: DEF_INV - Improved inventory beta, Armorsmith Extended, Companions Can Sneak

(Could be an issue, but there are no music edits in those mods)

Edit: I am using the Pip-Boy App.

Edit 2: Created a new Char. Report back, when I reach the battle

Edit 3: No changes. Music just won't play

Edit 4: ok I live with it, i guess. It's still a Bethesda game and annoying bugs are to be expected...
