The8347135
So after trying several hair mods, like Hair Dye mod, Zella's hair dye collection and Vivid hair colors I was a bit disappointed when none of them actually worked for me.. at all. So I uninstalled them. When I returned to the game and started a new save both Nora and Nate's hair was bright pink. I struggled to figure out why and how so I re-installed the game. When I returned nothing was changed. Please help if you can. Edited December 26, 2015 by The8347135

claustin
I'm new to PC gaming in general and modding specifically so take this with a grain of salt, but I've run into this with outfits. I had some CBBE outfit mods installed and when I uninstalled them some NPC's had flat pink textures on their clothes. I think it's because the texture is missing now. I had to reinstall some outfit mods to get them back. I'm currently searching for a solution to a similar problem where a lot of NPC's (Piper, Sturges, new settlers, etc) hair is white. It's just really weird. You might try deleting the fallout game folder completely and then doing an integrity check to reinstall to try and get the vanilla hair textures back. Maybe a more experienced modder has a better suggestion.
unklekrappy
Erase your .ini files they'll repopulate when you start a new game.
