CTD near Dragonsreach, Riverwood, a few other spaces

Solitude and Winterhold, amongst others, load just fine, so the problem doesn't seem to be cities.

 

I have a handful of mods in my modlist that are disabled (marked with an =0) that I haven't removed because I am lazy. A few are also deactivated because I was removing a few likely culprits (IE, SoS).

 

Any and all help would be appreciated here. Here is my load order according as suggested by the latest version of LOOT, which also assures me I'm running the most recent version of SKSE:

I also have a few oddities, although I'm still relatively inxperienced with Skyrim modding, so maybe they're normal, but, like... LOOT has flagged with messages official patches. IE, Update.esm: "Contains 92 ITM records and 3 deleted references. Clean with TES5Edit." Or Dawnguard.esm, "Contains 619 ITM records, 82 deleted references, and 57 deleted navmeshes. Clean with TES5edit."

I'm assuming those are because files have been replaced with modded/improved versions... ??? I have no idea why there would be prioblems otherwise.

It wont be SoS i use this mod for cheats i have from other site. One mod i don't see in your list is FNIS this mod is for Animations not saying thats your CTD problem.

I'd start by cleaning the master files with TES5Edit. Gopher has a good vid on that:

 

If you have the Official HiRes Texture Pack from Bethesda, remove them from your loadorder and try again. You can still try other HiRes Texture packs from the nexus. Most of them are better than the DLC ones, anyway.
