Bugged/ Stucked Radiant minutemen quest

This just happened to me these few days, at certain gameplay time a random quest will pop out of nowhere = Oberland Station: Greenskins.

The objective appeared is talk to preston, and immediately its marked as completed. Worst thing is the quest stucked in the incomplete obj section

 

I tried 'Disable Minutemen Radiant quest' mod, it worked when i talk to preston (he dint give any more radiant quest), but this Greenskins quest still popping out

Any help or reply will be appreciate.

Well, you might want to stick to a hard save as backup, if things go downhill, although in that case it seems like it hit the lowest point anyway:

 

Type "sqt" in the console, obviously without the quotes.

 

Now try to figure out which quest is that, although, having only 3 active quests should make that easier. Especially since the others should have very different names. The minutemen quests tend to start with "Min". So look at its editor id. Let's say it's something like, "MinGoAndDoXYZ".

 

Now try "completeAllObjectives MinGoAndDoXYZ" or rather, with whatever ID you just found there.

thats the thing, it dint exist in the console when i typed sqt, like it just failed.

 

Edit: at certain point, a prompt popped out and said "you ran out of tme to complete oberland station quest", i dint have the quest in the 1st place

plus i tried to go to oberland station, and i found out i missing 1 settler, is it coincidence?
