MGSO issues

Im on windows 10 running the STEAM version of MW. I used MGSO with no issues whatsoever. Everything plays and runs great.

 

Out of no where however the games shuts itself down and says Morrowind has stopped responding. It happens randomly and often. I pulled the warning.txt and here is what it says.

Is there a known issue I need to fix?

I have steam overlay turned off.

It seems like MW tries to minimize to the task tray by itself and then shuts down when I try to reopen it using the icon.

I'm on a 70 inch 1080p tv and have no problems running any games on it at all. Please help!
