I am wondering if anyone is working on bringing the old V.A.T.S system from fallout 2 back, where you could aim for the eyes (-perception and -hit chance) or a groin shot (stun, slow). It were such an amazing thing to have and I miss it. Or maybe this is not possible until Bethesda have released the mod support. I am also looking for a good mod that allows you to change your companions faces and body type in-game. Is anyone working on a lvl-up system for companions yet? It so weird that you can become a GOD among men and your favorite companion don't get any special perks or better skills, after endless days at your side.
