Nexus Mod Installing problem with .Net Frameworks 4.5.2

I have been trying to install Nexus Mod Installer, it said I need .Net Frameworks 4.5.2, I clicked on the OK option which directed me to the download for the .Net Frameworks 4.5.2. I downloaded the installer for .Net Frameworks 4.5.2, but when I tried to install it, it said "Setup cannot continue because a previous installation requires your computer to be restarted. Please restart your computer and rerun Setup.". So I restarted my pc and tried again, but the same message showed again.
