Permanently convert 10mm to .38 vica versa

So the idea is, that:

1. Every drop and leveled drop of the 10mm Ammo should be replaced by the .38 Ammo and the weapon should now use .38 Ammo, and rename it to .38 Pistol.
2. Or for Fallout nostalgic reasons all pipe weapons should use 10mm rounds instead of the .38 Ammo and the pipe weapons should use .38 Ammo. That would even fix the Ammunition Problem at the start of the game.

I just feel like having the 10mm Ammunition in the game doesn't really make sense, because this is a pretty rare Ammunition in the real world, and failed to fill the gap between the .45 and the 9mm/.38 caliber.

 

There is the same Problem with the Minigun using 5mm cartridges instead of 5.56, theres absolutely no reason, why it should be that way, but balancing issues.
