balatronan Posted December 28, 2015 Share Posted December 28, 2015 I was thinking the other day how great would it be to have the vault modded out to be a Cobra base and Sanctuary Hills would be a Cobra ran sleeper cell like they do with the Crimson Vipers. To the very least, a Cobra Commander modded helm/mask and outfit would be glorious as well. Any suggestions, ideas to further the Cobra/GI Joe theme?
