What I want, really, is one mod that cleans up, etc. the coat that Piper wears. The 5 I have found either keeps the ragged, deteriorating look at the bottom, or they are decent, but not quite what I am looking for. What I would like is basically a nice, dark, deep, red leather looking coat that doesn't look like it's falling apart. Might even be longer than vanilla game. If not, basically what I am looking for is the coat to not have the holes in it. Worn out, etc. is fine, but not the holes. Those look really bad.
