[Mod request] Potion and bombs rebalance

Before you ask, yes, I went through the existing mods covering the subject, but none were what I have in mind.

I'm looking for a mod that clearly upgrade potions duration, slightly or don't improves effects, and reduces the quantity carried.

Actually, such a mod did exist at some point, named "potion changes". It disappeared from the nexus - no idea why - but I still have the files. Thing is, it does not work with the latest updates, and I'd like to be able to upgrade now.

Could anyone help?
