CTD Entering Vault 111

Well it didn't take long to break my FO4...lol.

 

Trying to reenter Vault 111 and CTD when loading. Also crashed the other day exiting Diamond City.

 

Specs:

i7 4690K

Titan SLI

500gb SSD

Tried disabling all esp's and still no dice. Use Stalker ReShade and ShadowBoost. 2560x1440 solid 60FPS. Have retextured a lot of s#*!. Wondering if anyone has any ideas. Not my first rodeo... broke FO3 100s of times modding it... sure it won't be my last time crying for help either...lol.
