SirTwist
Okay, here is what I want to know. How do I get LOOT to sort my mods in Mod Organizer 2? I have decided to move my mods from NMM to Mod Organizer 2. I have, yet, to test it, but I am wanting to know how to set it up, and use LOOT in Mod Organizer for Fallout 4. I decided to move to MO2 because of the reputation of the original Mod Organizer. Tannin, not sure if you read these, but thank you. Anyway, I decided I wanted my mods to be organized, and not clutter up my Data folder. If anyone knows how to set up Loot for this, please let me know. Nekrokrist
Same question here. Mod Organizer is just the best for modding but it seems the LOOT 0.8.1 does not detect the virtual plugin list when launched through Mod Organizer 2.0.

VeryNaughtyBoy
Really? no answer since December? Loot seems to have some issues with FO4 master list aren't updated and sorting the load order takes a seemingly infinite time. WetDogSquad
From what I understand, MO2's intergrated LOOT is broken, so you'll have to download LOOT manually and run it through Mod Organizer.
