Crash on impalement of goblins with Deadly Reflex 5

​Anyone have any idea why this is? It only happens when I kill a goblin through impalement (i.e. when it's on the ground and I press the bash key to finish it). Sometimes I can impale and it doesn't crash, but that's only when the impale doesn't kill it - it crashes when the impale does kill it. I wonder if it has something to do with MMM and Deadly Reflex 5? Here's my load order:
