The words really should read "Inaugural Dissertation," which is a lengthly speech usually given by officers upon attaining a certain rank, and usually one no one really wants to listen to. Marxist ßastard Posted November 25, 2003 Share Posted November 25, 2003 Well, that word is complete gibberish, but if you insert a break between "inaugural" and "dissertation," it is seperated into two words that, together, would mean a speech or essay given upon one's formal entry into an office.
