Black Rocks in OOO 1.3

I just finished downloading and installing Oscuro's amazing overhaul mod and the additional mod files therein. After starting a new game and making my new character, I proceeded smoothly through the tutorial. Upon reaching the surface, I noticed that all the rock surfaces are almost completely black. I'm sure I've seen a post or thread about this somewhere, yet havn't been able to find it. If anyone has any idea how to solve this texture problem, please share with me the knowledge of how to fix it.

Anyone able to help at all? :\ I'm sure I have seen a way around this issue, I just can't find it anywhere.

 

I've found more texture issues with the rocks. Outside of Cheydinhal all of the rocks have purple textures, I looked over the OOO FAQ's. but there was no mention of rocks with black or purple textures. Somebody please tell me what I can do to fix it. :(

I doubt that OOO alters rock textures, which mods do you have besides this? And did you install the OOO 1.3 base file (ca. 400 MB) before the RC2 release?

Yeah, I made sure to install 1.3, then proceeded to update it with RC2. Still, my rock textures are messed up.
