Replace heavy metal shoulder with the medium shoulder look.

I really enjoy the look of the metal arms, but the large, bulky "triangle" shoulder pads on the heavy metal arm pieces drive me nuts. Could someone make a mod that removes the triangle shoulder pads from the metal arms and replace them with the spiky shoulders from the medium version? While still keeping the elbow pads and wrist guards from the heavy version?

 

I've never requested a mod, so I hope this was the appropriate way of going about it!
