Armor Making The Body Parts It Covers Invisible! Le Gasp!

Exactly what you think it is. I downloaded quite a few mods and some, which put new armor or clothing in the game, make whichever body part it is on invisible. I know I did something wrong, and I would be thankful if someone would show me how to correct this error. If it matters, I will give the links to the mods although it probably won't be necessary.

Hi I'm not expert on that, but in my book there are 2 possibilities.

 

1- Most likely: The armor mods you installed require a specific body mod, which you don't have. Look in the readme of your armor mod, it should mention a specific body mesh. Find it and install it, then try again.

 

2- Less likely but possible: there is an issue with the mod you installed.

Have you put the textures and meshes in the right folders after downloading it? You need to move the meshes and textures from the downloaded mod into the meshes and textures folders in C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
