And it does have a few circled dates on it. It's just super hard to see.. but hey.. this thing has been hanging there for over 200 years.

So I'm here on the Nexus and I see this new mod called Consistent Power Armor Overhaul (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11234/?) and I get into game and decide to apply the Vault-Tec paint scheme to a suit of T-45 power armor and look who shows up on the decal.

I just thought that was kind of cool. Apparently the mod gets decals from other sources and applies them to the armor and that's the one it found.

So far I'm liking the alpha version of this mod by the way, I can hardly wait until this mod is finished.

Ha. Love that power armour decal!

Anyway, I just wanted to give a heads up of sorts, bigCman. You may already be aware that there's a CTD issue with the Automatron DLC for lots of users. A few crashes can happen around one of the locations added by the DLC, and if your game is affected there seems to be a guaranteed crash when trying to leave the final area where the Automatron story comes to an end. There's a mod out to address it (County Crossing Crash Fix) but apparently the problem occurs if you have any mod installed that uses the following:

data/interface/hudmenu.swf

I can't say for certain that information is correct, or what could be done about it, or if vault girl had any impact on it at all, but I just thought I'd let you know in case it's something that needs considering going forward. (I did try uninstalling vault girl - the only mod I use that includes that file - but still got the crash. However, vault girl still showed up on my pip-boy screen after uninstalling.) The county crossing mod fixed it for me.

Everything else about the mod is great so far. Any problems I've noticed have already been reported. Thanks.

Yes, HUDmenu adds a new marker entry, MechanistMarker, which is the marker for the Mechanist base, I guess, which would need to be included in the Vault Girl HUDMenu file, otherwise, yes, the game will crash when it tries to load that marker to the map.

Hey guys just a heads up I'll be traveling for the next few days and might not be able to message because of signal.

Nice I hadn't gotten to see the symbol in game before, looks good!

Yeah I figured the dlc would come with updates that break the mod. Is the icon only added if you own the dlc? Will I need to make different options for people with or without the dlc? Since I won't be able to work on the mod till Sunday I suggest people to just delete the hudmenu file from my mod.

Thanks everyone for your interest in the mod! I plan to add animation to the status menu vault girl heads in the next update and some fixes people have pointed out.

Yeah, I have no idea if people without the DLC would have a different file or not, it's possible I suppose. Someone without it would have to extract the hudmenu file and open it in JPEXS and see if the mechanist is listed or not.

The crash happens because of the new settlement icon for the Mechanists lair that appears in the compass, and theres already a fix for it up here on Nexus (changes the icon to a vault icon as a stopgap solution). Otherwise, the alpha has been fully compatible with the DLC so far,
